I've always loved Blancmange, and have an almost complete collection of their '80s records. After hearing about Stephen's passing I dug them all out to record this mix, and was reminded again of how great and timeless their music is. It's genuine, honest, innovative, intense and very direct, with a strong theatrical attitude. Their importance can never be overstated. My deepest condolences to Stephen Luscombe's family, and to Neil Arthur. Mixed from vinyl with love, a sad day September 2025.
